Her consulting is grounded in more than 35 years of experience in early childhood education, Montessori instruction, curriculum development, literacy, numeracy, and student engagement.
Her approach helps educators move beyond simply assigning work or explaining from the front of the room. She models how to teach concepts through movement, sound, visuals, materials, repetition, conversation, and real-world connection so students can understand the lesson more deeply.
