Engaged Hands Summer Literacy Camp

Montessori-inspired. Science of Reading aligned. Joyfully rigorous.

Engaged Hands Summer Literacy Camp is designed to help young children strengthen early literacy skills through hands-on learning, purposeful practice, movement, sound, rhythm, storytelling, and guided discovery. Instead of relying only on worksheets or passive instruction, children are invited to participate in reading readiness activities that help them hear sounds, recognize patterns, build vocabulary, understand language, and grow in confidence.

This camp reflects the Engaged Hands belief that children learn best when concepts become real. Through Montessori-inspired materials, literacy activities, small-group support, and intentional guidance, children can practice foundational reading skills in a joyful and meaningful environment.

For families, this camp offers a focused summer opportunity to support literacy growth while helping children stay engaged, confident, and connected to learning.
